NEW YORK (November 15, 2013) – FlightSafety International announces that David Judge has been promoted to Assistant Manager of the company’s Learning Center located at the London Farnborough airport in the United Kingdom.

Anthony van de Geest continues to serve as Assistant Manager of the Farnborough Center. Dave’s appointment will enable Anthony to increase the support he provides to FlightSafety’s Learning Centers in Johannesburg, South Africa and Stavanger, Norway.
Dave joined FlightSafety in 2008 as Assistant Director of Standards at the Farnborough Learning Center. He was promoted to Project Manager of the Center’s Challenger 605 training program in 2011, and most recently served as Program Manager for Sikorsky S-92 training.
He was with British Airways from 1990 to 2007. Dave was a First Officer on the Boeing 757, 767, 777, and McDonnell Douglas DC-10, and was as a Captain on the Airbus A319, A320, and A321 aircraft. Just prior to joining FlightSafety, Dave was working as a consultant at Oxford Aviation Academy teaching the First Officer Fundamentals program.
Dave holds a Bachelor of Science in Marine and Applied Zoology from the University of Wales, and a Master of Science from Cranfield University in Bio-Aeronautics.
The Farnborough Learning Center can accommodate up to 15 full flight simulators and has the capacity to train 3,800 aviation professionals annually. It offers 27 interactive classrooms, facilities for advanced technology training devices, 30 briefing rooms and customer service areas. The Center currently provides training for the Beechcraft King Air 200, Bombardier Q400, Cessna Citation Bravo, Citation CJ2, Citation Excel, Citation Mustang, Citation Sovereign, Gulfstream G550, Hawker 400XP, Hawker 750, Hawker 850XPI, and Sikorsky S-92.
