FlightSafety Names Ralph Lintelman Manager of Its Learning Center in Wilmington, Delaware

NEW YORK (June 20, 2014) – FlightSafety International names Ralph Lintelman Manager of the company’s Learning Center in Wilmington, Delaware. Ralph will succeed Barry Massey when he retires from FlightSafety at the end of July.

He has consistently demonstrated excellent leadership skills, an in-depth understanding of Customer needs, and the ability to provide the highest quality training and services.”

Ralph joined FlightSafety as an instructor in 1998 at the LaGuardia Learning Center and has held a number of positions with increasing responsibility since then. They include serving as a Training Center Evaluator, Director of Standards, Director of Training, and most recently, Manager of the LaGuardia Center.

Prior to joining FlightSafety Ralph was a pilot for Excelaire Service Inc. and AirNet Systems. Ralph has more than 5,000 hours in Beechcraft, Gulfstream, Learjet, and Shorts aircraft. He holds an Airline Transport Pilot certificate, is a Certified Flight Instructor as well as a Training Center Evaluator and Check Airman.

Ralph graduated from Thomas Edison State College in Trenton, New Jersey with a Bachelor of Science degree in Aviation. He also holds an associate degree in Aerospace Technology from the State University of New York in Farmingdale.

The Wilmington Learning Center is equipped with 16 full flight simulators used in training programs for business and commercial aircraft manufactured by Bombardier, Dassault, Embraer, Hawker Beechcraft, Israel Aircraft Industries, and Gulfstream.
