Warfighters to benefit from FSI Defense’s training support contract for the next five years
DENVER, CO (August 24, 2022) – The U.S. Navy selected FSI Defense to participate in the Fielded Training Systems Support-Five (FTSS V) contract. The 60-month contract provides the U.S. Navy’s Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD) with a streamlined, quick-response contracting vehicle to efficiently meet the demanding needs of the U.S. Navy and U.S. Marine Corps. FSI Defense was one of seven companies selected to participate on the Multiple Award Contract (MAC).
“We are excited to be considered by the U.S. Navy and look forward to providing the Navy and Marine Corps with top-quality training and instruction,” said FSI Defense President Dan Davis. “Our purpose-built team of qualified instructors and technicians ensures our nation’s warfighters receive the best training for both CONUS and OCONUS operations.”
The MAC will support approximately 29 U.S. Navy and U.S. Marine Corps locations worldwide. The contract allows FSI Defense to bid on select line items that include, but are not limited to, Contract Instruction Services (CIS), Contractor Operation and Maintenance Services (COMS), training device operations, and maintenance.
FSI Defense’s superior aviation training capabilities will provide highly skilled instructors and technicians who know and understand the U.S. Navy’s mission to maintain, train and equip combat-ready naval forces capable of winning wars, deterring aggression, and maintaining the freedom of the seas.
