FlightSafety Becomes the First Training Provider to Meet FAA Safety Management System Requirements

NEW YORK (March 5, 2015) – FlightSafety International announces that it is the first FAR Part 142 training provider to be recognized by the Federal Aviation Administration for meeting its Safety Management System requirements.

To achieve this recognition, FlightSafety demonstrated that it meets the FAA Flight Standards SMS requirements and the framework established by the International Civil Aviation Organization in its Safety Management Manual.
