FlightSafety International Promotes Brian Moore to Manager, Wichita East Learning Center

NEW YORK (March 16, 2015) – FlightSafety International announces that Brian Moore has been promoted to Manager of the company’s Wichita East Learning Center. He succeeds Debbie Jones who has retired from the company after 26 years of outstanding service.

“Brian has made a significant contribution to FlightSafety’s training programs since joining us in 1990,” said Daniel MacLellan, Vice President, Operations. “His in-depth understanding of Customer requirements and training center operations, as well as his leadership skills and commitment to provide high quality training programs and services made him the ideal person to assume this important role.”

Brian first served as an Instructor for Beechcraft Bonanza, Baron and Premier aircraft. He was promoted to Program Manager of Bonanza and Baron training in 1997, Assistant Program Manager of training for the Premier in 2007, Relationship Manager for Hawker and Beechcraft in 2008, and most recently served as Assistant Manager of FlightSafety’s Wichita Cessna Learning Center.

He holds Airline Transport Pilot, Certified Flight Instructor, and Multi Engine Instructor certificates. Brian has over 3,000 hours of flying experience and a Beechcraft Premier RA-390S type rating. He has provided more than 6,000 hours of ground school and simulator instruction to date. Brian received a Bachelor of Science degree in Professional Aeronautics, an Associate of Science in Business Management, and a Master of Business Administration in Aviation, from Embry Riddle University.
