NEW YORK (March 17, 2015) – FlightSafety International announces that Kyle Davis has been appointed Executive Director, Marketing for the company’s business and commercial aviation training activities.
“We congratulate Kyle on his new position,” said David Davenport, Executive Vice President. “Kyle has an in-depth understanding of Customer requirements, and the ability to develop innovative programs and solutions that will help to reinforce FlightSafety’s leadership in business and commercial aviation training.”
Kyle’s responsibilities include working with FlightSafety’s team of Product Directors to develop new programs, services and solutions that meet the current and future needs of operators of business and commercial aircraft. He also contributes to FlightSafety’s market analysis, forecasting, and strategic planning efforts.
He has held a number of positions of increasing responsibility since joining FlightSafety in 1997. They include serving as a Product Marketing Manager, Regional Marketing Manager, Assistant Manager, and then Manager of the company’s Learning Center in Toledo, Ohio. He left in 2006 to join EE International in Nairobi, Kenya as Regional Director for East Africa and then Global Connections as International Director. Upon his return to the United States in 2011, Kyle joined LL Johns & Associates as an aviation insurance Account Executive. He returned to FlightSafety in 2012 as a Product Director.
Kyle graduated from Western Michigan University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Administration. He also studied corporate aviation management at the University of Virginia, Darden Business School.
