FlightSafety International Congratulates The First Graduates To Complete The Cabin Systems Master Technician Program

NEW YORK (October 21, 2019) – FlightSafety International congratulates the first graduates to complete the Cabin Systems Master Technician program.

The Cabin Systems Master Technician program offers a progressive curriculum that follows a five step process. It is designed to provide technicians with the skills required to service and maintain the cabin of the aircraft they support at the highest level.

In order to complete the Cabin Systems program, technicians must complete five courses offered in partnership with Gulfstream Aerospace and Satcom Direct. They include: Avionics Standard Practices, Cabin Connectivity, Integrated Cabin Management Systems, Cabin Systems Operational Maintenance Program (OMP) and aeroIT®, the Satcom Direct module which can be completed through FlightSafety International, or gained as a credit towards the Master Technician program through training at Satcom Direct.

FlightSafety Master Technician training provides in-depth instruction and real-world practical training. This innovative and unique program was developed in close collaboration with aircraft, component, and systems manufacturers. It is designed to help technicians develop a higher level of skill and increase their problem-solving ability. It also enables them to further enhance their contributions to the safety, reliability and operating efficiency of the aircraft or components they support and maintain.

Master Technician is offered for a wide variety of OEMs and aircraft manufactured by Abaris, Bombardier, Dassault, Embraer, Gulfstream, Honeywell, Pilatus, Pratt & Whitney Canada, Sikorsky, and Textron. FlightSafety also offers Master Technician Avionics: Aircraft-Specific, Composites, Engine and Management.

Technicians who complete one or more of the FlightSafety Master Technician programs help to improve safety, lower aircraft operating costs and increase aircraft dispatch reliability.
