NEW YORK (April 21, 2014) – FlightSafety International announces that Jennifer Bensky has been promoted to Director, Courseware Support. She succeeds Jon Pollack who has been named Director, Business Development, Rotorcraft.
Jennifer will oversee the design, development and distribution of training materials and FlightSafety’s Specialty and Enrichment training programs. She will also lead strategic initiatives, research and development, technology support, and technical resource activities for Courseware Support.

She joined FlightSafety in 2000 at the San Antonio Learning Center as a Center Instructional Technologist. Jennifer subsequently served in the same capacity at FlightSafety’s Learning Center in Orlando, and Hawker Beechcraft Learning Center in Wichita.
Jennifer was most recently Director of Programs for Hawker Beechcraft training. She assisted with the implementation of Matrix, FlightSafety’s Integrated Training System, content development for the iPad training materials App, and integration of Operational Day Flow training.
Prior to joining FlightSafety Jennifer taught young students with special needs. She also taught professional development courses designed to help teachers implement technology, and community college level Math courses. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies from the Lamar University in Beaumont, Texas, and a Master of Arts in Teaching from Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas.
