Use of the Opt-in, Secure Training Information Service Doubles in Two Years
LA GUARDIA AIRPORT, NEW YORK (September 24, 2007) – FlightSafety International announced today that more than 20,000 people representing over 6,000 companies in North and South America, Europe, the Middle East and Asia are now registered users of myFlightSafety, the company’s customer web portal.
Launched in 2003, myFlightSafety provides flight department managers, pilots, maintenance technicians and other aviation professionals with password protected access to the company’s complete listing of training courses and Learning Center locations.
Registered users of myFlightSafety (www.flightsafety.com) can review Training History, Future Reservations, Download and Print Training Records, Invoices and can submit online Course Critiques. Online reservation requests can be made and users with web-enabled handheld devices can take advantage of many of the same features with myFlightSafety Mobile (www.mobile.myflightsafety.com). Access to myFlightSafety is provided to FlightSafety Customers and Clients without charge.

FlightSafety’s Training Link Services, an extension of the myFlightSafety platform, offers flight departments the ability to receive mission critical training and qualification data that would normally be entered manually into a customer’s FOS Training Module. The pre-built interface developed jointly by Computing Technologies for Aviation, Inc. and FlightSafety International offers mutual customers the ability to quickly and accurately retrieve specific training and compliance data using a 128 bit SSL encryption.
